Ronn Jefferies LL.B is former Counsel to the Attorney General of Ontario for 12 years. At the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and the Ministry of Health, he advised the Government, Ministers and Deputy Ministers on legislative matters, drafted legislation (Landlord and Tenant law) and was a successful Prosecutor.

For the past seven years he has practiced law privately in Toronto. He practises mostly Administrative Law and appears frequently before the Landlord and Tenant Board. He also handles complaints directed to the Ontario Human Rights Commission and the Ombudsman’s Office (he worked at the Ombudsman’s Office for one year), as well as complaints about the Police or the City of Toronto.

He has trained Adjudicators on a regular basis and is well known for taking on very difficult, complex, and sometimes Precedent setting advised cases.

Over 28 years of Practice he is skilled in Criminal Law and Contract Law as well. He considers himself a General Practitioner with exhaustive experience in all forms of Litigation.

Currently his focus has been on EMF issues; that is, electromagnetic fields, electrical sensitivity, ground current issues. These are matters that are currently being heard or being decided in precedent setting cases before the Landlord and Tenant Board. His clients have been tenants who have been seriously affected by the radiation given off by Cell Towers or electrical fields created by faulty wiring in apartments.

He has worked closely with Dr. Magda Havas, who is a world renowned expert in the above-noted areas and she has given exceptional testimony at trial.

Ronn was called to the Bar in 1983 and, as a sole practitioner, welcomes new clients who may be having difficulty retaining a lawyer who will personally attend to their case.
